Not a man

Vidoes run in a loop.

Not a Man is a installation composed of 3 monitors,  and 3 video projctors.

The work presents close-up views of body parts and organs that exhibit the most

significant biological differences between sexes.

Each screen focuses on a specific anatomical feature, isolating and examining it in a visual language that moves between scientific observation and artistic interpretation.

The accompanying image expands this perspective, creating a dialogue between

still and moving representations of the human body.

QR codes placed beneath the monitors provide access to further information,

offering clear explanations of the respective differences between male and female anatomy.

By linking visual experience with accessible knowledge,

the installation invites viewers to reflect on how scientific facts

shape our understanding of the body and identity.

This installation is available for hire. If you are interested in presenting the work at your institution, please get in touch here.
