From a biological perspective, all humans are remarkably alike.
Despite differences in appearance,
culture, or language,
we share over 99.9% of our DNA with one another.
 
Our bodies function in fundamentally the same ways
— we all have the same organs, the same basic brain structure,
and the same cellular makeup.
 
We respond similarly to disease, experience emotions
through the same chemical processes,
and rely on shared genetic codes
that have been passed down through countless generations.
 
These biological similarities remind us that,
beneath the surface, we are far more connected than we are different.
